Athletes must wear a non-supportive singlet and can utilize a 4” leather belt, non-fastening knee sleeves, and wrist wraps when competing.  Records are maintained in three categories: IRONMAN No Belt (non-supportive singlet), IRONMAN Belt (non-supportive singlet, 4” leather belt), and RAW (non-supportive singlet, 4” leather belt, non-fastening knee sleeves, and wrist wraps).  Youth and disabled lifters may waive the non-supportive singlet and opt to wear gym shorts and a t-shirt.  Rules of Performance can be viewed by clicking on the R.A.W.
